I was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1986. Yes that makes me twenty something. I have been called mad for being married with three brilliant little munchkins at an early age but I don't care. Maybe I am mad! But I am also very happy (most of the time) and that's all that matters in this life isn't it! I married my bestest friend in this world and together we battle the challenges that arise with parenthood, autism and life as we know it. My eldest boy (we'll call him diddles) is 6 and is on the autism spectrum and our youngest (we'll call him Madman/mini diddles) is a typical three year old and mad as a box of frogs and then there is their baby sister (we'll call her Dot) she is a year old and the most easy going of the lot! I began writing this blog for the simple reason that I wanted my family and friends to be more aware of Autism and understanding it and the affects of living with it on a day to day basis. I also wanted to connect with other families in similar situations. So here it is life as we know it...
